For Contractors & Service Businesses
Generate a real app for your business. Download it. Own it.
MyAppFac is an app factory, not a hosted tool you sign into. Describe what you need, generate real working source code, and download it — your business never runs "inside" MyAppFac. Today's one real, certified starting point produces a contacts/deals/tasks app that works well as a foundation for any contracting or service business.
What Generation Actually Produces
Real output, real ownership — no dispatch features we haven't built
You Generate
A deterministic factory kernel compiles a real Next.js app from a template — contact tracking, a deal pipeline, and tasks today.
You Download
A real zip file of working source code — not a demo, not a mockup.
You Own
Run it, host it, modify it anywhere. No ongoing hosting requirement through MyAppFac.
Being direct about what this isn't: MyAppFac doesn't host your business operations, and today's template isn't a crew-scheduling or dispatch tool. If you need job scheduling, crew dispatch, or photo sign-off specifically, that's a planned template category we haven't built yet — see the Templates roadmap for the honest current status.
Common Questions
Straight answers
Is MyAppFac a CRM tool I sign into?
No. MyAppFac is a factory that generates real applications — you don't run your business inside MyAppFac. You generate an app (today, the one real template is a CRM-style app), download the actual source code, and run it yourself. It's yours, not a hosted account on our platform.
Does MyAppFac have a dedicated tool for HVAC, plumbing, or electrical dispatch?
Not yet, honestly. The one real, certified template today generates a general-purpose contacts/deals/tasks app — a working foundation you can own and extend for any service business, including contractors. A dedicated dispatch/scheduling template is a planned category, not something built yet. See myappfac.com/templates for exactly what's real today.
What do I actually get?
Real, working Next.js source code — routes, components, and a capability-based backend layer — as a downloadable zip. Not a subscription to log into; a codebase you own.
Do I need to know how to code?
No to generate it — the factory kernel produces real, working code from a template, no coding required. Extending it further (adding fields, custom screens) means editing real code, since you get the actual source, not a locked-in no-code editor.
Is it free?
Yes — the Free plan lets you generate today's real template. Paid plans are designed for higher usage; checkout isn't wired to a live payment processor yet, so nothing is charged.
