1. Your Account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide when creating an account and for keeping your password confidential.
2. Ownership of Generated Applications
Applications generated through the Factory belong to you. MyAppFac does not claim ownership of the source code your genome produces, and you are not required to keep hosting it through us.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use MyAppFac to generate applications intended for illegal activity, to harass others, or to circumvent the platform's security controls.
4. Plans and Billing
The Free plan is available at no cost, as described on the pricing page. Paid checkout is not yet active; upgrade requests submitted through the dashboard are logged and followed up on manually rather than charged automatically.
5. Termination
You may stop using MyAppFac at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate the Acceptable Use section above.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
